If you’re looking to grow your own seafood at home, the aquaponic system is a great way to do it.

• You can use an aquaponic system to grow barramundi, trout and even marron.
• This is a natural system – you grow your fish in the pond, with the plants above cleaning the water and sucking up the nutrients from the fish waste. This then flows back into the pond.
• Barramundi are a warm season fish – you’ll need to get them out as the water gets colder.
• Trout thrive in colder water, growing larger and faster.
