INGREDIENTS
- Hickory
- Garlic
- Celery Salt
- Paprika
- Cut of Beef Brisket (or meat of your choice)
- Mustard
EQUIPMENT
- 1 x small pot
- Ladle
- Knife
- Chopping board
METHOD
- Combine spices in a small bowl
- Trim fat off brisket
- Rub the beef with mustard
- Coat the beef with combined spices
- Wrap the beef and refridgerate overnight
- Roast beef on low heat for 10-12hrs
Serve whilst hot and enjoy!
