The humble broccoli, a cruciferous vegetable that is just so good for us.
- Broccoli is a great source of folate and is packed with vitamin C and vitamin K. Making it great for our skin, bones and brain health.
- It is known for its ability to support healthy functioning of the liver.
- Incorporating Broccoli as a side to a main dish is a great way to incorporate it in your diet – simply sautéed in coconut oil with lots of garlic and lemon juice is just one suggestion.
- Broccoli is also a great addition to Asian stir-fries or is a delicious addition to savory muffins.
